Refund & Returns Policy

At Yagil Weiler / The Art Designers Ltd., we stand behind the quality of everything we create. From premium art prints to collectible merchandise, every piece is crafted with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return
Please email yagil@byweiler.com to initiate your return. Once approved, send your item to: Sderot Chen 54, Tel Aviv, 6416714, Israel

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and further instructions.


Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn / unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation


Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll sort it out quickly and fairly.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized art pieces

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered

If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must still meet return eligibility requirements.


Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
