How long will it take to receive my order?
We recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production. After that, delivery times are as follows:
• UK: 3–5 working days
• EU: 5–10 working days
• International: 10–20 working days We’ll send tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Will everything I order arrive together?
Not necessarily. In some rare cases when we do not have all of the stock for an order in any one factory, we will split the order across multiple locations. If your order has been shipped in multiple packages with a tracked service, we’ll send you all of the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email.
What happens if an order is damaged in the post?
If an item is damaged in the post, send a photo to yagil@byweiler.com with an order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will ask you to return the damaged item so that we can inspect it and then recycle it, and send a replacement free of charge.
What packaging will my orders be shipped in?
All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made with natural materials. They are rip-proof, splash-proof mailers made from paper.
