Framing Guide

How to Frame Your Art Like a Designer
(A Quick Guide for People Who Don’t Do Beige)

  • Go local.
Walk into a real-life framing shop. Touch things. Ask questions. It’s half the fun.

  • Match your vibe, not your sofa.
Your frame should elevate the art — not blend it into your curtains.

  • Float it, don’t flatten it.
Ask your framer about float-mounting. It gives breathing room and looks premium as hell.

  • Size matters.
Consider a larger mat with a thinner frame — it gives bold art space to speak.

  • Glass or no glass?
If the paper is textured (like our editions), go non-reflective museum glass or acrylic. Never shiny-cheap plastic.

  • Black frames = safe. Bold color = statement.
Choose your side. Or pick both. There's no wrong move, only boring ones.

P.S - You can just use any coloered tape to place your print on the wall- that's my favorite, or you can use paper glue with some water to glue your edition to the wall- it will give it a street rebellious tone. Just remember this - do your own style that's the best cause you're the best, just the way U'r.
